“ALL STAR CLUB” LOYALTY AND REWARDS PROGRAM OF THE COMPANY UNDER THE NAME “GOODY’S SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME OF CATERING SERVICES”
Within the framework of promoting its products and services, the company under the name “GOODY’S SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME OF CATERING SERVICES” (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”), with its headquarters in Spata, Attica, “Eleftherios Venizelos” Airport, Building 14B (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”), organises the All Star Club (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”).
Within the framework of the Program, I agree and accept that the Organiser will process my personal data communicated to it under the present to manage its customer base and promote its products and services and will keep records as provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the legislation in force.
These data shall not be disclosed to any third party other than the company under the name “RIGHT ON SINGLE MEMBER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY FOR IT, TECHNOLOGY AND COMMUNICATION SERVICES” and the distinctive title “Right on M.E.P.E”, with its headquarters in Galatsi, Attica, on 49 Souri street.
These data shall not be disclosed to any third party other than the company under the name “RIGHT ON SINGLE MEMBER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY FOR IT, TECHNOLOGY AND COMMUNICATION SERVICES” and the distinctive title “Right on M.E.P.E”, with its headquarters in Galatsi, Attica, on 49 Souri street.
In any case, I reserve the right to information, access and objection to the processing of my data under Articles 11 to 13 of Law No. 2472/1997 and my right to withdraw my consent to the use of my personal data, or to request that they be deleted upon relevant notice. The members’ rights are mentioned in detail in the personal data protection statement of the ALL STAR CLUB members, which may be found on the website www.goodys.com. In addition, I declare that I have been aware of the conditions governing the program as set out below, which I accept unreservedly.
Description of the Loyalty and Rewards Program
The All Star Club Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) is the rewards and loyalty program of Goody's S.A. for its loyal customers.
More specifically, in order for a customer of the Organiser to participate in the Program, he has to be registered through the available registration channels. Once the user has confirmed his registration, he may start using his membership number (the mobile phone number he has entered when registering) in every purchase through the Goody's Burger House points of sale participating in the Program and collect stars (hereinafter referred to as “Points”).
Once a member of the Program has collected 100 Points, he receives a gift voucher of EUR 5 (5) (hereinafter referred to as the "Gift voucher"). The Gift voucher may be redeemed at any Goody’s Burger House store participating in the Program, through any Goody’s Burger House redemption channel.
In addition to the Points, each member may participate in monthly draws for various gifts, which will be posted on goodys.com, provided that they have collected Points during the calendar month. There is no further financial burden in order to participate in the draws. The number of entries is defined as the number of Points collected during that period. The monthly draw is held online on the first working day of the following month, and the exact date will be mentioned in the Participation terms for each draw, which shall be published each time together with the publication of the new thematic draw. The winners will be informed by telephone and published on www.goodys. com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

- Participation Terms and Conditions
- The present terms govern the use of the All Star Club rewards Program of the Organiser, and in particular the procedures relating to the acquisition and redemption of the Program Points by the participants (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”).
- The Program has a start date in April 2017 and is not governed by a fixed end date. In any case, the Organiser reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time.
- The Program shall be valid throughout each calendar year and refer to the purchases made at all points of sale of the Organiser, as well as to the interaction between the members and the Program itself through Competitions, draws and participation in various activities, which shall be clearly indicated on the current version of the Website. The Organiser reserves the exclusive right to add, subtract and modify in general the steps required to collect a certain number of Points.
- Every natural person may be a Participant of the Program under the following conditions:
- To be a permanent resident of Greece, regardless of nationality, age, gender and occupation.
- Regarding minors under the age of 18, it is concluded, that they may participate after the prior consent of those having their parental responsibility or custody anyhow by the law.
- To have entered a valid mobile number.
- To have confirmed his mobile phone number. Participants may at any time during the Program update their profile on the Program’s website (www.goodys.com) in case their personal information changes .
- The registration in the Program is not mandatory when purchasing products.
- Points are collected:
- During the purchase of products from the Goody’s Burger House channels participating in the Program,
- During activities and interaction on the Website of the Program (www.goodys.com)
- The identification mobile phone number (Loyalty Id) cannot be changed once a user account is created in the program. If a mobile phone number changes, for example, due to loss/theft, movements made by that user cannot be transferred to a new account of the same user having another mobile phone number. Movements are defined as any actions taken by the user when joining the program such as Points, participation in draws, Gift vouchers and/or other enabled mechanisms, such as collecting extra stars due to a specific activity.
- Registering in the Program
In order for a Goody's customer to participate in the Program, he has to be register through the available registration channels. Once the user has confirmed his registration, he can start using his membership number in every purchase through the Goody’s points of sale participating in the Program as well as in online orders through the Website and the Application and collect Points.
You may register in the Program as follows:
- The user may register in the Program for free through the Website www.goodys.com, by entering his Name, Surname, e-mail address and the valid mobile phone number he wants to use as an ID (Loyalty Id), which he confirms by entering the confirmation code he receives by SMS (0€/SMS charge) in the corresponding field.
- The user may register in the Program for free through the Goody’s Application by entering his Name, Surname, e-mail address and the valid mobile phone number he wants to use as an ID (Loyalty Id), which he confirms by entering the confirmation code he receives by SMS (0€/SMS charge) in the corresponding field.
- The user may register in the program for free at the Goody’s stores participating in the program by giving his mobile phone number to the cashier. The cashier enters the number in the special field and if the user is not found as a registered member, he receives a registration request by SMS. To complete the registration, the user shall follow the link provided by the SMS and complete his registration. The user may complete his registration within sixty (60) days from the day the request has been submitted. After this deadline has passed, if the user wishes to register in the Program, he will have to start the process from the beginning.
- The user may register in the Program for free through the call centre 18365, where he needs to confirm the Name, Surname and the mobile phone number he wants to use as an ID (Loyalty Id).
- The user may register in the Program by sending a text message (SMS) writing “GOODY’S Name Surname” with a charge of 0.11€/SMS including VAT to the five-digit code number 54011, with which (SMS) he gives his consent to participate in the Program. Only one SMS is required for the registration. Multimedia Information Services (Μ-STAT).
- Promo Channel
In case of registration in the Program from a Goody's store, it is clarified that the member will not automatically become a user of the Website or/and the Application. In this case, he will have all the benefits and privileges of the Program except those provided exclusively through the Website or/and the Application (e.g. monitoring the points or coupons collected or the redemptions).
3. Collection of Points
In order to collect the stars (Points) of the All Star Club, it is necessary to be an active member of the Program. Points may be collected during purchases through the Goody's Burger House stores and the distribution channels owned by the Organiser, as for every purchase of one (1) euro each member earns two (2) Points.
In order to collect Points, it is necessary to show your personal membership number (Loyalty Id). The membership number corresponds to the mobile phone number given by the user during his registration.
Each member may earn points for only two orders per day and after the second order, points will be given only after checking.
In order to further reward the Participants, mechanisms may be activated during the Program, which may enable Participants to earn additional Points as a reward for the successful completion of specific and clearly demarcated tests (e.g. successful registration, answering a number of questions, purchase of specific products, etc.).
Regarding the above-mentioned cases, the collection of the extra Points requires the participant to meet the criteria set out above, which will be published on the Website throughout the Duration of the Program.
In order to further reward the Participants, mechanisms may be activated during the Program, which may enable Participants to earn additional Points as a reward for the successful completion of specific and clearly demarcated tests (e.g. successful registration, answering a number of questions, purchase of specific products, etc.).
Regarding the above-mentioned cases, the collection of the extra Points requires the participant to meet the criteria set out above, which will be published on the Website throughout the Duration of the Program.
4. Redemption of Points
- Under no circumstances may the number of Points and the right to deduction be exchanged for money. Upon the collection of 100 Points, each Participant receives a five (5) euro Gift voucher, which may be redeemed within three (3) weeks at any point of sale of the Organiser participating in the Program.
- Gift vouchers are valid from the next calendar day up to three (3) weeks later.
- In each transaction, more than one Gift vouchers may be redeemed. As long as the Participant has Gift vouchers, which have not expired, he may use them, provided that the total amount of his order is equal to or greater than the minimum order after the application of the Gift voucher(s) in each redemption channel.
- There is no maximum number of Points that a Participant may collect and the Points of the Program are not reset to zero.
- Transactions made by redeeming Gift vouchers are excluded from the collection of Points.
- The Organiser reserves the right to unilaterally amend the reward system and readjust or replace the way Points are being calculated as well as the amount, with which purchases are rewarded.
- Every Participant has the right to participate in monthly draws as long as he has collected at least one Point during the calendar month. The number of entries is defined as the number of Points collected during that period.
- The employees of the Organiser, the Technical Contractor and their affiliated companies, as well as the spouses and relatives up to the second degree are excluded from the monthly draws.
- The monthly draw will be held electronically on the first working day of the following month and there will be separate Participation terms for every draw held within the framework of the Program.
- Each draw will be conducted through a specially designed software.
- There is absolutely no human intervention in the drawing process. The Participants’ calling numbers (MSISDN), with which they are registered in the Program, are registered in the system of the Technical Contractor in order to be given the points and be checked but also to announce those having the right to participate in the draws and the winners.
- Gifts are specific, personal and their respective value cannot be exchanged for money.
- Apart from ensuring the gifts each of the winners has won, the Organiser and the Technical Contractor bear no other additional responsibility towards those participating in the draw of the Month. The responsibility of the Organiser and the Technical Contractor is limited solely to the disposal of the gifts and they will not be subject to, or under any obligation towards the Participants. After the draw and the distribution of the gifts to the winners, every obligation of the Organiser and the Technical Contractor ceases.. The Organiser and the Technical Contractor will not be responsible for any actual defects, which may appear on the gifts, for which the winners of the Program, or any runners-up, should directly contact their manufacturers or related agencies. Gifts, which will be delivered under the present terms, are provided in the state in which they are, excluding the application of the provisions on the seller’s liability or other provisions establishing liability in relation to actual defects, agreed properties, etc., against the Organiser or the Technical Contractor. In full repayment of any claim by a winner regarding actual or other defects and instead of payment (pro soluto), it is agreed that the Organiser or the Technical Contractor (by order and on behalf of the Organiser) will assign any factory or other warranties of the manufacturer accompanying the corresponding Gift to the winner at his request in writing, if any. In any case, the liability of the Organiser or the Technical Contractor shall be limited to acts or omissions due to wilful misconduct or gross negligence and shall under no circumstances extend to any accidental events or events of force majeure occurring to any of them. The Organiser shall also bear no responsibility, criminal or civil, towards any winner or third party, for any accident or/and body injury or/and damage to be caused to them directly or indirectly related to the Gifts. Furthermore, the Organiser and the Technical Contractor shall not be liable for any failure or delay in receiving or registering a participant’s SMS by the Program's system due to technical reasons, force majeure or errors of any nature.
- The Organiser reserves the right to modify the number and type of gifts at its discretion. The winners will receive their gift at a place and time specified by the Organiser and the Technical Contractor, upon presentation of their police-issued ID or any other official document allowing the verification – identification of the details provided during the telephone contact with the Organiser. In order to receive the gift, the winner has to fill in and sign the gift acceptance form. If the winner is a minor and does not have such a document, the Gift will be delivered to one of his guardians.
- The Organiser reserves the right to announce the winners of the draws online, and in particular on the Website. By participating in the Program, participants give their explicit and unconditional consent regarding the above-mentioned announcement of the winners.
6. Termination
- The Organiser has the right to unilaterally amend any of the terms of the present, including the way points are being calculated as well as the amount or even the way, in which purchases are rewarded. Any such amendment shall be communicated in advance to the holder by all appropriate means through the contact details provided during their participation in the Program or by posting any amendment at the stores of the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program. In any case, there shall be a written notice to the participant of the Program.
- In case the Organiser amends part or all of the terms of the Program or terminates the benefits Program for any reason, the Participant shall not have any claim against the Company, since they already recognise that it is a benefits Program provided by way of donation by the Organiser.
- The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the participation of a Participant at any time, in case of misuse or attempted deception by the member. In this case, all the Points and Gift vouchers acquired will be immediately deleted.
- Participation in the Program shall be interpreted as the unconditional acceptance of the above-mentioned participation terms.
- Everyone has the right to receive a true copy of the present participation terms with diligence and at his own expenses by sending an e-mail to support@goodysallstarclub.gr.
- The terms of the competition are posted on www.goodys.com. For questions and clarifications, please send us an email at support@goodysallstarclub.gr.
- The Organiser reserves the right to regularly inform Members by email or mobile message (SMS/Viber). Members, who are registered in the Program, are obliged to accept the updates and offers so that we can serve the purposes of the Program (sending Gift vouchers and coupons earned by the user by collecting points as well as exclusive offers only for members). However, members have the right to choose by which means they will receive updates and offers exclusively through the Website and the Application.
- If the Participant wishes to be deleted from this Program, he has to visit the Website www.goodys.com, log in to his account, go to “My Account” in the “Personal Data” section and proceed with his deletion by clicking on the delete button.
- The Organiser considers that the person taking part in the Program is the holder or has the legal and unconditional approval and explicit authorisation of the holder of the SIM card corresponding to the mobile phone number, with which he participated in the Program. Sending an SMS under the present terms implies the unconditional acceptance of these terms by the Participant. In particular, the Participant shall accept the reception of informative messages for the promotion of this particular Competition and for as long as this Competition lasts.
- The present terms and any kind of contractual and non-contractual relationships arising during their application shall be governed by the Greek law. Any dispute regarding the Program that may arise shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR THE DRAW SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER 2021

- The online draw for September and October 2021 will be held on the 1st of November 2021.
- The draw will have (1) winner and five (5) runners-up. The prize of the draw is a Vespa Primavera 125 Red.
- Gifts are specific and personal.
- Every Participant of the Program has the right to participate in the draw of September and October 2021 as long as he has collected at least one Point during this period of time. The number of entries is defined as the number of Points collected during that period.
- The Organiser reserves the right to announce the winners of the draws online, and in particular on the Website. By participating in the Program, Participants give their explicit and unconditional consent regarding the above-mentioned announcement of the winners.
- The winners will receive their gift at a place and time specified by the Organiser and the Technical Contractor, upon presentation of their police-issued ID or any other official document allowing the verification – identification of the details provided during the telephone contact with the Organiser. If the winner is a minor and does not have such a document, the Gift will be delivered to one of his guardians.
- In case any of the winners drawn as set above does not respond to the telephone communication, refuses or omits to receive his gift for any reason or if his participation in the draw gets cancelled or is not proper, he loses automatically and permanently his right over the gift and the gift is handed over to the first runner-up listed. The Organiser reserves the right to modify the present terms without notice, at its sole discretion.
- The participation in the competition implies the unreserved acceptance of the present Participation Terms as well as of the Participation Terms of the Loyalty and Rewards Program of “GOODY’S S.A.” and in particular clause 5 (“draws”) by the participant.
- The winner of the gift has to be over the age of 18 and an active or potential holder of a two-wheeler driving license.
- The winner of the Competition shall bear the costs of transferring, issuing registration plates, insurance costs etc., namely the costs relating to the process of transferring the vehicle to his or her ownership, as well as the operating and traffic costs, fuel, insurance, etc.
